Lybrate, Pristyn Care’s primary consultation platform, has launched Shield360, an affordable and comprehensive health cover aimed at addressing India’s preventive healthcare needs. The health cover offers a suite of services, such as doorstep lab tests, NABL-ISO certified lab reports, unlimited cashless OPDs with top doctors, consultations with surgeons, free consultations with dieticians, and access to mental health specialists.
Individual health plans start at INR 799, saving up to INR 5,000, while family basic plans for two begin at INR 999, saving up to INR 10,000. Shield360 seeks to address the fragmentation in India’s medical diagnostics sector by offering a single platform for lab tests and doctor consultations based on lab test results. Lybrate recorded significant growth in online consultations during 2022, with an 87% increase in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, and a 75% increase in Metros.
Lybrate’s goal with Shield360 is to reach 500,000 Indians by the end of the year, focusing on increased adoption in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
