CEAT Specialty’s plant in Ambernath has been awarded a prestigious five-star rating by the British Safety Council, following a thorough audit of the facility’s occupational health and safety policies, processes, and practices. The evaluation process encompassed documentation review, interviews with management, employees, and key stakeholders, as well as sampling of operational activities.
British Safety Council CEO Mike Robinson commended CEAT Specialty for the achievement, stating, “The award of a five-star grading is a testament to an organization committed to continuous improvement in health and safety arrangements and managing risks to workers’ health, safety, and wellbeing.”
