The world is getting ready to celebrate the exceptional work of nurses as the top 10 finalists for the Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award 2023 have been announced. The finalists, who come from different countries including UAE, Kenya, Panama, Ireland, Singapore, England, Philippines, India, Portugal, and Tanzania, were selected from a pool of 52,000 registered participants from 202 countries.
The selection process was rigorous, with the finalists undergoing a thorough review by Ernst & Young LLP, a Screening-Jury, and the Grand Jury. The public will also have the opportunity to voice their support for their favorite nurse through a voting process starting next week. The grand winner, who will receive a cash prize of $250,000, will be determined after a final evaluation by the Grand Jury, consisting of top industry leaders in the field of nursing.
